Head over to the Snow Forts on the island. Once you arrive, look around for a raised snow mound. Instead of clicking directly on the ground, you’ll need to climb onto the mound first. After positioning your penguin on top, the Snowman Puffle Pin will appear and you can click it to collect it instantly.
