Salutations Void Troops, the CPA community, and to whom this may concern. The doomsday hours have called upon us once again during yet another historical moment in Club Penguin Armies’ history.

Void Troops, alongside Romans, Elite Guardians, Scarlet Republic, Penguins of Agartha, and People’s Imperial Confederation, and Shadow Legionnaires, officially announce the establishment of ‘The White Order‘ alliance.

The White Order hereby announces the declaration of war against the Rebel Penguin Federation.

As armies, we have continuously acted against the injustices of what one of us might issue. It is our job and duty as leaders, high commands, staff, troops, and community members to ensure the safety and security of our members with no half measures and with utmost priority. By all. Means. Necessary.

Today, we witness what used to be one of the brightest examples of goodwill make a detrimental mistake. These mistakes were acknowledged, hidden, and defended when light shone on them. The motives of the Rebel Penguin Federation have surprised many, and the lack of action has proved costly. The Rebel Penguin Federation, an army that is basically a cut-off society from the armies circle, thinks that what they do and dont do is nobody’s business.

This has become a subject way bigger than just petty army drama, if RPF cannot acknowledge their wrongdoing, then all there is left is for the community to speak up and protest such nonsense happening before our very eyes. If RPF believes they are too important to face consequences for their actions, then perhaps they are too much of a threat to this community’s legacy.

We call all of Club Penguin Armies to stand against the great corruption happening in our community, and for RPF to acknowledge their grave mistakes.

To those who continue to support RPF’s actions, you are no different than the countless individuals throughout history who called for the death of this community.

You are either with, or against Club Penguin Armies. Choose a side.

War Terms

I. All CPA map war rules apply throughout this war
II. Multilogging, hacking, ddosing, doxxing, botting, or any other means of cheating will not be allowed in this war
III. Only official CPAJ judges may judge battles in this war
IV. No army is allowed to merge into TWO or RPF following this declaration and will stay in place until the war has concluded. Any merger will be deemed invalid.
V. All battles must occur on CPA Battleground, no other CPPS may be used
VI. A withdrawal from this conflict for any reason and in any shape or form (e.g. withdrawing from the CPA league, etc.) will constitute a forfeit of the war.
VII. All war battles must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance with the CPA league, and at maximum 7 days ahead as the map rules state. Failure to do so will result in the invalidation of the scheduling.
VIII. No loopholes to any of these war terms.
IX. Allies/visitors are allowed during this war. Dual enlistment is permitted.
X. If any terms above are broken (In accordance with the CPA admins), the army who broke it automatically surrenders this war and the winning side may impose a treaty.
XI. This war may end after one army loses their entire nation, a treaty is signed, or an army forfeits the war.
